BALANCE:

Stand on one foot. Try this with and without shoes and orthotics. You can also challenge yourself by trying with your eyes closed. Repeat on the other side.

 

SINGLE LEG HEEL RAISES:

Come up on your toes on the right foot and then repeat on the left foot. Do ______ sets x ________ repetitions.
