  With the baby reclined in your lap or laying on the floor, bring the head to the RIGHT side while gently placing traction to bring the left shoulder down. 
  Let the baby rest with his/her head on the boppy (or your thigh) stretching the RIGHT ear towards the RIGHT shoulder. 
  While the baby is seated, bring the RIGHT ear towards the RIGHT shoulder while gently placing traction to bring the left shoulder down.
